Air India has entered into a strategic partnership with global digital travel platform Booking.com to provide customers with a more seamless travel booking experience. Through a dedicated co-branded platform available on Air India’s website and mobile app, travellers can now access Booking.com’s extensive accommodation inventory while earning loyalty rewards through Air India’s Maharaja Club programme.
The new platform gives Air India customers access to more than 31 million accommodation listings worldwide, including hotels, homes, villas and other unique stays. Maharaja Club members will earn five Maharaja Points for every ₹100 spent on accommodation bookings made through the platform, with points redeemable for award flights and cabin upgrades. To mark the launch, customers can also avail discounts of up to 15 per cent on participating properties for bookings made between June 22 and July 21, 2026.
Abhijit Menon, Divisional Vice President and Head of Revenue Management at Air India, said the partnership is part of the airline’s efforts to build a comprehensive travel ecosystem for customers by combining its expanding global network with Booking.com’s vast accommodation portfolio. Laura Houldsworth, Managing Director and Vice President, Asia Pacific, Booking.com, said the collaboration supports travellers’ growing preference for integrated, digital-first travel experiences by enabling them to book flights and accommodation through a single platform. The partnership also strengthens the value proposition of Air India’s Maharaja Club, which has added more than 100 brand partnerships over the past two years, offering members an expanding range of travel and lifestyle benefits.
