With more flying experience, these pilots would make the transition to bigger aircraft.<br \/>Airline experts say the existing pool of CPL holders has been lapped up and now airlines have to look at foreign pilots to meet the demand.<br \/>AI alone will 100 new pilots every year for the next seven years.
