{"id":774,"date":"2008-10-01T12:39:00","date_gmt":"2008-10-01T12:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indianaviationnews.net\/avicareers\/?p=774"},"modified":"2008-10-01T12:39:00","modified_gmt":"2008-10-01T12:39:00","slug":"single-and-twin-engine-pilots-training-on-new-elite-simulator-in-india","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.indianaviationnews.net\/careers\/2008\/10\/single-and-twin-engine-pilots-training-on-new-elite-simulator-in-india.html","title":{"rendered":"Single and twin engine pilots training on new Elite simulator in India"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 0, 0);font-size:180%;\" >A <\/span>new Elite Simulation Solutions iGATE S512 training device has been acquired by Rajiv Gandhi<br \/>Aviation Academy, a division of Wings Aviation, and is being used to train both single-engine and multiengine pilots.<br \/>Included in the system, which is housed at RGAA\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s hangar at Begumpet Airport, Hyderabad, are<br \/>GenView\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s India visuals, which give real location feeling to student pilots.<br \/>The training device is set up to replicate both the twin engine Beech KingAir B200 and single engine Cessna C172R.<br \/>RGAA was set up by Wings Aviation in 1995 and has a mix of Cessna and Beech aircraft in its fleet, including the first Cessnas in India with a Garmin G1000 glass cockpit.<br \/>Elite, which is based near Zurich Switzerland, used its Indian agency, SRK Aviacom, to handle the deal and Aviacom\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s director, Captain Sanjay, said: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The S512 is an ideal and profitable solution for training pilots.
