The circualr says, to maintain currency of medical assessment in respect of various categories of pilot licences, the medical examinations may<br \/>be conducted up to four weeks in advance of the due date. However, at times, due<br \/>various reasons, the medical examination may not be conducted within the validity<br \/>period and the applicant in such cases is normally required to undergo a fresh<br \/>medical.
