A company release here today said this programme was a fully sponsored opportunity from SpiceJet and included free travel and stay facilities. This was the second major step towards employee empowerment announced by the airline, the first being ESOP offerings.<br \/>SpiceJet had selected the first batch of 15 students for the MBA programme.
