Operations of the airline are expected to start after slots are allotted to Jet Airways.<br \/>\nBoth the civil aviation ministry and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation had earlier said that the airline cannot claim \u00e2\u20ac\u0153historically\u00e2\u20ac\u009d for slots at airports and the allocations of slots will be based on existing guidelines.
