IndiGo, India\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s leading carrier, is pleased to announce their partnership with Chimes Aviation Academy (CAA) to select and train ab-initio pilots as future Junior First Officers under the airline\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s flagship training programme \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Cadet Pilot Programme. The programme is designed to meet the airline\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s fleet expansion and corresponding demand for pilots.<\/p>\n
CAA is a fully India home-grown Aviation Training Organisation which has been training pilots since 2008. The IndiGo Cadet Pilot Program will be carried out at the CAA Flying School in Madhya Pradesh wherein the selected cadets will undergo a rigorous 4-month ground schooling at CAA in Dhana, followed by 10 months of flight training. Upon completion of training in Dhana, the cadets will proceed to an authorized Training Organization for the Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) and A320 Type Rating stage of training.<\/p>\n
