{"id":2334,"date":"2018-11-25T10:22:29","date_gmt":"2018-11-25T10:22:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indianaviationnews.net\/careers\/?p=2334"},"modified":"2018-11-25T10:26:01","modified_gmt":"2018-11-25T10:26:01","slug":"apply-now-to-be-an-alliance-air-co-pilot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.indianaviationnews.net\/careers\/2018\/11\/apply-now-to-be-an-alliance-air-co-pilot.html","title":{"rendered":"Apply now to be an Alliance Air Co-Pilot"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Air India&#8217;s regional service subsidiary Alliance Air has invited applications from Indian nationals to fill up vacancies of Co-Pilots for their ATR 72-600 fleet.<br \/>\nHere are the details:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Number of vacancies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 (Gen 04, OBC-02, SC-02, ST-02).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Place of postings<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delhi\/Kolkata\/Bengaluru\/Hyderabad\/Mumbai\/Chennai\/Vishakhapatnam\/Jaipur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Term &amp; nature of appointment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will be on fixed term contract basis for a period of five years, which is extendable for another five years subject to satisfactory performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Academic qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+2 from a recognized Board\/University<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Technical qualifications &amp; Certifications<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current valid CPL issued by DGCA, India<\/li>\n<li>ATR endorsement valid for a minimum of 8 months at the time of application<\/li>\n<li>Current FRTO issued by DGCA, India<\/li>\n<li>Current RTR (A) issued by WPC, Ministry of Communication, India<\/li>\n<li>Valid ELP<\/li>\n<li>Valid IR Endorsement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Medical fitness<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current Class-1 Medical Fitness Certificate issued by DGCA, India<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>In case the IR rating is not current or there is any other requirement for recency (eg. Renewal of IR, familiarization, base\/aircraft training), the candidate will be required to pay (if selected) the cost of training for recency.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Passport<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Should be in possession of Indian Current passport. (If doesn&#8217;t have one already, proof of submission of application for the same to be attached).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Upper Age limit<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">45 years<\/span><br \/>\n<em>(Relaxable by 5 years for SC\/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates. Ex-servicemen will be given age relaxation as per the rules).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Bank guarantee for cost of training<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If selected, the candidates will also be required to give bank guarantee for the total cost of training to come online including ground training\/base training cost. (Not applicable for SC\/ST candidates).<\/li>\n<li>One set of copies of certificates in proof of:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 Date of birth<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 Academic\/Technical qualifications<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 Experience<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 Licences\/endorsements<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Photo copy of updated flying logbook<\/li>\n<li>In case of SC\/ST\/OBC candidates, caste certificate in the prescribed proforma issued by the appropriate authority. OBC candidates should attach the caste certificate in the proforma meant for central government employment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The envelope should be superscribed: &#8220;<strong>Application for the post of ATR Rated Co-Pilot<\/strong>&#8220;. PIN 110037<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications will be received up to <strong>30th November, 2019<\/strong> OR till the vacancies are filled up, whichever is earlier. <strong><em>(The selection will be done in phases as per the receipt of applications).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Selection process<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidates will be required to appear for a Simulator Proficiency Assessment Check (SPAC). The cost of the simulator will be payable by the candidate. Those who qualify the SPAC will be required to appear for a personal interview.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stipend &amp; Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If selected, during training, the candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs 25,000 per month &amp; will be paid salary as per company&#8217;s policy from the commencement of SLF.<br \/>\nCandidates selected will be paid an approx salary of Rs 2,11,000 per month on 70 hours of flying.
