{"id":1886,"date":"2013-12-13T02:35:21","date_gmt":"2013-12-13T02:35:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indianaviationnews.net\/careers\/?p=1886"},"modified":"2013-12-13T02:35:21","modified_gmt":"2013-12-13T02:35:21","slug":"hc-to-punjab-spell-out-policy-on-aviation-clubs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.indianaviationnews.net\/careers\/2013\/12\/hc-to-punjab-spell-out-policy-on-aviation-clubs.html","title":{"rendered":"HC to Punjab: Spell out policy on aviation clubs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Chandigarh:<\/span> In a judgment which will have far-reaching consequences, the Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed the Punjab government to come clean on the issue of running aviation clubs in the State.<br \/>\nA division bench headed by Justice Surya Kant has given six months time to Punjab to formulate an aviation policy and take a &#8220;holistic view and form a definite opinion&#8221; as to whether it wants the aviation clubs in Punjab to be &#8220;controlled by private agencies and\/or a de-facto State affair&#8221;.
