Air India Group has invited applications from Experienced B737 Type Rated Pilots Captains (PIC) and Non Type Rated Captains (PIC), for Air India Express.
Experienced Type Rated P1s
Those who are below the age of 62 years, with a valid B737 PIC Endorsement and having minimum 100 PIC hours on B737 Family Aircraft can apply.
Non-Type Rated P1s
Should be a Captain with minimum 500 hours on Commercial Jets
OR
Captain with total flying experience of 3000 hours, airline experience of 1000 hours on Turboprop and minimum 500 hours as PIC with Scheduled Operator
OR
Captain with total flying experience of 3000 hours, airline experience of 1000 hours on Turboprop and minimum 1500 hours as PIC on Non-scheduled Operator with a AUW exceeding 15 tons
OR
Captain with minimum 500 hours on Military Jets > 70 Tons. (IL-76, C-17, B777, P8). Sh
Maximum Age Limit – 60 years
- All applicants should be Indian nationals with valid ATPL with current/valid IR & Pilot’s Proficiency Check, FRTOL, COP/RTR and with valid medical fitness assessment certificate (Class I).
- Should be having ICAO Aviation English Language Proficiency Four or above endorsed on Indian ATPL and certificate of incident/ accident-free record, breath analyzer and details of enforcement action, if any, taken against the license holder in the preceding three (03) years by DGCA.
- Preference shall be given to candidates who are available to join immediately
- Mandatory eGCA-id with all licenses and documents validated.

- Simulator Flight Proficiency Test (Center will be intimated by the company)
- Pre-Employment Medical Examination
