Rajasthan anti-corruption bureau closing in on 3 fake pilots

Jaipur: The Rajasthan Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) is closing in on three of the 14 pilots under scanner for procuring licences fraudulently after obtaining their employment records from the private airline where they were working. They are likely to be arrested soon.
According to Bhuprendra Yadav, ASP of the ACB, the agency had sought employment-related details of the three pilots Rajesh Mirani, Nitin Jain and Sanjeev Gupta who are under scanner for fraudulently procuring commercial pilot license (CPL) from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
Earlier, the police had sent requests to the company many times to get the details, but it allegedly kept delaying them.
“Now, we have got the CPL details and log-books from the company. We have been told that the services of three pilots have been terminated,” Yadav said.
