Trainee Pilots: Pilots with valid Indian CPL, minimum experience as per Indian DGCA requirements for the issue of CPL.

The other positions are: Flight Operations Engineering, Scheduling/Rostering Officers, Dispatchers, Flight Safety Instructors, Cabin Crew, Cabin Crew Trainers, Trainee AMEs, AMEs, Manager-Legal, Manger-Finance.
